What should I do once I’ve
been a member for one year?
Congratulate yourself because you are
ready for subsequent levels of the WineBrix program.
You will get to experience, vicariously, the major
wine regions of the world.

How did you get the name WineBrix?
Our
use of the word "Brix" is two-fold.
First, the Brix scale is a system used to measure
the sugar content of grapes and wine, and each
degree Brix equals one gram of sugar per one
hundred grams of grape juice; this is where
all wine begins. Second, "bricks" are
for building a solid, dependable structure.
A foundation.

What makes your club different?
We’re different from other wine clubs because we provide
wine and educational material that is delivered
right to you. This means you can compare
and contrast the two wines that are sent without
digging out books or going to the store. You
can enjoy your wine on your own, with a significant
other, or with a few guests. This happens
each month--two wines that are to be compared
and contrasted are sent to you along with an
educational text about these wines. This
makes for a fusion of taste and knowledge. Again,
you don’t have to join a wine club and then go
to a bookstore, nor do you have to enroll in
a wine class. We bring these things to
you.

Why did you start WineBrix?
We
saw a need for the fusion of wine and wine education. We
also realized that this fusion had to be convenient
for people leading busy lives. Taking wine from
the pedestal to the table, not only for the consumer,
but also for people in the wine business, was
the key.
We knew we could do
this by packaging and delivering two things:
wine and written material containing very specific,
educational information about wine. With this
in mind, WineBrix was born.
